Attention ALL New Exodus Youth & Parents or Guardians:

The Youth Ministry is asking ALL YOUTH to complete a registration form.  2026 New Exodus high school graduates are asked to complete a graduate registration form as well; therefore, you are asked to complete both registration forms. 

If there are any questions or concerns in reference to submission of the forms, please feel free to see a Youth Ministry advisor.

Attention New Exodus 2026 High School Graduates:

#1 – Submit your name, telephone number, name of the high school that you’re graduating from, school colors & school mascot, on or before, Sunday – 3/29 – 11:59 PM.

#2 – Submit your 5 photos as 5 separate attachments, on or before Sunday, 4/26, 11:59 PM.

#3 – Submit your biography, on or before, Sunday – 5/17 – 11:59 PM.
